Hot Days, VBS, and War

We're going into a heat wave of sorts here. It's a good thing we have air conditioning. It's very hard to get anything done outside. Despite it all the lawn got mowed today.

All reservations are made for our Boston trip. I am going to the crusade on a mission of sorts of my own. Can't wait to go to the aquarium, and then see old friends higher up in New England.

Vacation Bible School was a success. 130 kids in attendance. Both of my girls were workers. My son participated in classes.

Praying for Israel. It saddens me to see war breaking out. I pray that the innocents are spared. I am not surprised, because of Biblical prophecy, that so many countries are trying to make Israel back off. Thankfully our country stands firmly behind her and will probably continue to do so. We can't allow the terrorists to bully us.
