Water Logged and Ready to be Taught

I am so aware that there is just so much I need to learn before ministry. In some things I am wise beyond my years, and in other things I'm as dumb as a post. God is patient, and I'm really grateful for that. It frustrates me that I have no mentor. I am a mentor to a couple of folks, but God alone mentors me. That's wonderful, but sometimes I just want to have a friendly talk with someone who's been there, done that. I want to be taught, I want to learn....Thankfully the Holy Spirit gives me wisdom when it's truly needed....but, when I forget to lean on Him...wow, I can truly miss the mark. Thank you Lord for Your mercy!

Finally got into the garden tonight. Got in there between rainstorms. I planted 35 pepper plants and 6 tomatos. Some produce didn't make it because it's been so wet. But, others are doing beautifully! Tomorrow, more rain. Wish I could send some to those of you who are praying for rain!
